Halfbrick Studios, the creators of the world-famous Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride have confirmed their next title. It’s called Magic Brick Wars, and it involves real-time tower defence multiplayer.
Magic Brick Wars – Tower Defence Mixed with Tetris and Bomber Man
In Magic Brick Wars, each player has a base and an immediate area around this base. In this area, you can spawn in Tetris style geometry and various characters (towers) to make it difficult for your opponent to attack your base.
Gameplay features a bunch of whacky characters and even crazier power-ups. Some of these power-ups can freeze your units, some can deal explosive damage or even poison your troops in the surrounding area.
From the first look video linked above, we can tell there will be a trophy road progression system and a mana system for spawning troops in-game.
