Battle of Polytopia, the award-winning strategy game apparently favored by headline-grabbing bazillionaire Elon Musk, has just hit 13 million downloads across PC, iOS, and Android.
To celebrate – or, more likely, by happenstance – developed Midjiwan has released a new DLC pack, adding the long-awaited Cymanti tribe to the game.
Inspired by actual plants and insects, the Cymanti Tribe lets you unleash giant bugs and toxic spores.
Incidentally, our favorite thing about this update is the What’s New entry on the Google Play Store: “Added some bugs”.
In case you haven’t played it, Battle of Polytopia is a Civ-style strategy game in which you take on other players in turn-based games. It’s a 4X game, which means you eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate.
So, it’s a 4E game.
