Activision has unveiled details of the next event in Call of Duty: Mobile (as well as Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War. It’s called 80s Action Heroes, and it looks like a doozy.
Thematically linked to the recently launched Verdansk 1984 map, 80s Action Heroes will include two titans of the 80s movie scene, both called John. One of them is John Rambo (from Rambo), and the other is John McClane (from Die Hard).
Other than the inclusion of these characters, we’re not entirely sure what 80s Action Heroes event will entail, but that hardly matters if you’re a gamer of a certain vintage. Yippee Ki Yay.
We’ll no doubt find out more next week, before the event begins on the 20th of May.
