Perfect World: Revolution opened up for pre-registrations at the beginning of June. It took the game less than a month to pass the million mark.
For those who have pre-registered, that means every single reward tier has been unlocked, showering players with gems, chests, soulstones, a snazzy costume, and 400 Gold Ingots. There are some even greater rewards set aside for those who pre-register as a team, including a bundle of stuff worth $50. Oh, and you can even snag yourself an iPhone and gift vouchers.
Perfect World: Revolution also boasts a new vertical mode. That may not sound like such a big deal, but it really is revolutionary, since it allows you to play the game with one hand rather than two.
The good news is that you’ve still got time to join the party – Perfect World: Revolution will be out in open beta on the 20th of July.
Why would you want to do that? Well, Perfect World: Revolution is a refreshed and revitalised take on Perfect World, the classic MMORPG with a distinctive setting.
It sees you choosing a race and class and then romping off into an expansive fantasy world, competing with other players in huge cross-server dungeons, helping out your fellow guild members, and so on.
The races on offer are Human, Untamed, and Winged Elf, while classes include Cleric, Barbarian, Archer, Wizard, Vulpine, Blademaster, and Assassin. Each one has its own unique weapons, skills, and battlefield specialism.
Thanks to Perfect World: Revolution’s brand new class-switch system, you can sample every class with ease, rather than having to undergo the harrowing ordeal of creating a new character.
It won’t be long until you can try out the game for yourself. In the meantime, you’d better head to the Google Play Store, the App Store, or the official site to pre-register for Perfect World: Revolution if you haven’t already – as you can even win an iPhone and gift vouchers.
