Over the next few weeks Riot Games is adding a whole bunch of new content to League of Legends: Wild Rift, including new champions, gameplay change and new accessories.
Two new characters are landing on September 9th in the shape of Brand and Nunu & Willump. Brand is a fiery monster and Nunu & Willump are a small boy and a giant yeti. Because videogames.
September 2nd sees the launch of three new skins – Jade Dragon Wukong, Gatekeeper Galio and Popstar Ahri. On September 9th there are four more – Arclight Brand, Spirit Fire Brand, Grungy Nunu & Willump and Zombie Slayer Nunu & Willump.
Also kicking off on September 9th is a special event called Frost and Flame. There’ll be daily challenges and quests to complete and you can trade in the tokens you earn from finishing them to get special rewards.
On top of all of this there are tweaks to a bunch of Champions, a lot of gameplay changes and a new free-to-play Champion rotation. You can find out about all of those at the official Wild Rift website here.
