Zio and the Magic Scrolls is a brand new, reasonably interesting-looking RPG that’s just landed on Android. It’s been on our pre-registration round-up for a while.
The game sees you using scrolls to perform magic. But you could probably have worked that out from the title, right? You’re building up a team of five characters, and they’ll go and get in hands-off fights.
There are 12 different scrolls to unlock, and you can take three into battle at any one time. Let’s just watch a trailer, shall we?
This is a game that’s going to appeal to a very specific kind of mobile gamer. If you like, y’know, doing stuff, then it probably isn’t going to be for you. If you don’t, well, yay.
