2021 was a pretty massive year for Among Us. Not only did it get some new updates, it also moved into smash-hit territory. If you haven’t played the social deduction sci-fi game, then you’re one of very few people left in the universe. Sort of.
And now Inner Sloth has revealed part of its plan for the game in 2022. You can see it in the image back up at the start of the story. But don’t worry, we’re going to break it down for you here as well.
According to the post that accompanied the reveal, which you can read by clicking here, the main focus of the team right now is on Friends List and general quality of life improvements. But there’s more to come.
To 2022 and beyond
In the slightly more distant future, there are going to be more roles added to the game, as well as what looks like a new hide and seek mode. There’ll also be more cosmic cubes and collaborations with other games.
Also coming, but not mentioned on the image, is a brand new fifth map. So that’s pretty exciting. Obviously we don’t have any release dates for any of this new stuff, but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.
