There are quite a lot of Games Workshop games on the Play Store, ranging from card-based tactical battlers, to adaptations of classic board games. But which ones are the best? Well, that’s the question we’ve decided to answer in this here list. We’ve picked out what we think are the best Android Games Workshop games.

You can click on the names of the games below to download them from the Play Store. The games are premium unless otherwise mentioned (which unfortunately is quite a lot).

The Best Android Games Workshop Games

Here come the titles!

Warhammer Quest 2: The End Times

There are three Warhammer Quest games on the Play Store, but this is probably the best of them. They all see you crawling through dungeons, fighting turn-based battles, and ridding the world of all kinds of evil. There’s loot too. Mmmmmm, loot.

The Horus Heresy: Legions

A TCG set in the formative age of the Warhammer 40,000 canon. You’ll build up a deck of heroes and use them to fight other players and AI controlled hooligans alike. It’s not quite Hearthstone, but it’s not that far off. It’s free with IAP.

Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade

What’s better than blasting things with futuristic weapons? Stomping around in a giant robot while blasting things with futuristic weapons, of course. This one still looks impressive, and it’s got some good explosions. It’s free with IAP.

Talisman

A brilliant digital adaptation of the brilliant fantasy adventure board game. Roll some dice, smash some monsters, fight it out to try and get the Crown of Command. And don’t get turned into a frog, that’s proper rubbish.

Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus

A super deep, tactical battler that sees you taking control of the Adeptus Mechanicus, the tech-priests that make all the crazy stuff the Space Marines use. There are 50 missions, a deep story, and loads more besides.

Fury of Dracula

Travel around Europe chasing down the blood-sucking prince of darkness. Kind of like a normal weekend round here. This is a brilliant digital adaptation of a classic board game, and there are no Space Marines anywhere to be seen. Although that might be cool.
