Dark Nemesis, the Hotly Anticipated Mobile MMORPG, Is Out Now and Dishing Out Launch Rewards

Dark Nemesis, the hotly anticipated follow-up to Legends of Discord – Furious Wings, is out now on iOS and Android following a pre-launch campaign that saw it racking up more than 2 million registrations.

Developed by Nuverse, Dark Nemesis is a huge, stunningly presented MMORPG set in a richly drawn fantasy multiverse made up of countless parallel dimensions.

You’ll travel between these dimensions in your quest to defeat the forces of evil, encountering a huge variety of monsters and powerful bosses along the way – all rendered in sumptuous 3D.

Dark Nemesis not only looks great but it sounds great, too, thanks to a musical score composed by Neal Acree, whose previous credits include RPG classics Diablo III and World of Warcraft.

There’s a gripping story, too, as well as every conceivable mode and feature you’d expect to find in a AAA mobile MMORPG – and one or two that you may not have encountered yet.

To celebrate the launch of Dark Nemesis, Nuverse is running a series of events over the next 14 days. There are tons of OB rewards on offer, including a free Sphinx, a pair of A+ Symphony Wings, an A+ Imp Companion, and much, much, much more.

The story campaign in Dark Nemesis sees you playing as a Peacekeeper, charged with keeping the multiverse safe. The evil Raven Church is on the rise, and so your services are required to lead the Pilgrims to safety.

At the same time you’ll need to take care of the Crystal of Light and search for a mythical land called Aeterna. No biggy.

On top of an epic single-player campaign, Dark Nemesis boasts a whole range of multiplayer modes to get your teeth into, including a huge PvP Battleground mode that sees you taking on hundreds of other players, battle royale-style.

Then there’s the more cooperative PvE Bounty mode, where you’ll take on a series of powerful, terrifying bosses. There’s a GvG Battleground mode, too, which sees you working with your fellow players to create the strongest possible guild.

A Class Act

You can choose from four classes in Dark Nemesis: Warrior, Assassin, Gunslinger, and Mage. Each one comes with its own unique skills to deploy in battle. Naturally, there are weapons and items to equip and upgrade, too.

But the star of the show may well be the new Spirit system. It’s not unusual to have a mount in a mobile MMORPG, but your mount in Dark Nemesis doubles as a weapon. Sometimes you need to be fast, and sometimes you need to be strong. The class-specific Spirit system lets you be both.

Then there’s all the other stuff, like Companions, Wings, Costumes, and so on. These are all familiar from previous MMOs, and absolutely essential in a contender, as this surely is, for the mobile RPG crown.

You can see Dark Nemesis in action by watching the trailer above and visiting the game’s official YouTube page, which is hosting a ton of gameplay videos.
