Netflix has revealed that a version of the smash-hit card game Exploding Kittens is going to land on its game-service soon. And it’s going to be accompanied by an animated series for adults launching next year. Synergy!
The game, or the important part, is due to land on mobile devices next month. It’s going to feature the Exploding Kittens gameplay we all know and love, but with a few twists.
There are a couple of new cards thrown into the mix, for one thing. There’s Radar, which will reveal to players where the next Exploding Kitten is in the deck.

And the second one is called Flip-Flop, which reverses the order of the deck entirely. Netflix is also promising that there’ll be regular updates and mechanics that will tie-in with the show when it launches.
You’ll get single and multiplayer options, too. And there’ll be no IAPs or ads, because that’s what Netflix games do. You will have to have a Netflix subscription to play it, obviously.
