The Honkai: Star Rail final beta goes live today as the game’s full release approaches. This announcement was made alongside the official launch of the Google Play pre-registration, offering some generous freebies for those who sign up.
Honkai Star Rail is a new space fantasy RPG. The story follows the protagonists’ struggle against the Voidrangers of the Animatter Legion, and they embark on a journey to discover the mysteries of the Stellaron. Along the way, you’ll meet companions old and new, travel to new worlds, and unravel hidden truths.
Final Closed Beta Launch
February 10 marks the launch of the final Honkai: Star Rail beta. The game has already been through two test releases, making this the third closed beta. You can no longer use the original method to sign-up, but another opportunity to play the game remains.
If you link your Twitch account with your Honkai: Star Rail account, you’ll be able to participate in the Twitch Drops for the game. The developer will grant PC closed beta access to the first 20,000 people to successfully do this. It’s important to note that you must also pre-register for this method to work!
Pre-Registration Freebies
Cognosphere, the developer behind the game has kicked off an ambitious pre-registration plan, rewarding players at certain pre-registration milestones. The developer will reward each player who has pre-registered handsomely with in-game goodies at each milestone. The milestones and rewards are as follows…
At 500,000 pre-registers, all who have signed up will get 50,000 in-game credits. You’ll get 3 Star Rail passes At 1,000,000 pre-registers. At 2,000,000, you’ll get an Avatar Trailblazer – Welcome. At 3,500,000, you’ll get the four-star character Serval, and finally, at 5,000,000, you’ll get 15 Star Rail passes.
You might think these pre-registration targets are unrealistic. However, according to the official Honkai: Star Rail website, the game is currently sitting at 1.7 million pre-registrations. The Honkai: Star Rail fandom has already smashed two milestones, and the third is on its way!
