Capcom has finally publicly released Street Fighter IV on Google Play for residents of Japan. However, this game has been available for folks who happened to own one of the LG HD phones that were released last year which came with this game exclusively for those devices. It now looks like everyone else will final get to play the game without having to use the cracked version from XDA.
So, the year of 2012 is about to wrap up and the Mayans were wrong about everything coming to an end which was nice of them to be wrong. Last week the OUYA developer units were sent out and the company decided to unbox one on video in order to give us all a bit of a quick rundown as to what these developer units look like and come with. Now one developer has gone to video with his full walkthrough of the developer units showing off pretty much everything.
Some new regarding the upcoming action-sim game called Star Command that a lot of people are eager to get their hands on. While no official release date has been announced just yet, it does look like the game could very well arrive in January 2013 as we reported on earlier. It looks like a lot is ready in terms of content with plenty of missions and numerous races, ships, items and so on already in the game. Now it’s on to stress testing everything.
Back in October of this year we reported on Trendy Entertainment’s Dungeon Defenders games vanishing from the Google Play store. Later that day Trendy Entertainment confirmed that they had pulled both games from Google Play but never specified why, just that it would be back at some point. It’s now the end of December and checking the forum thread regarding this on the Dungeon Defenders‘ website show no new information on when it will come back. The copies on Amazon’s AppStore have also been pulled. Another game however has been yanked and this time it’s Sega’s Fallen Realm.
From time to time some ass hat has to go ripping off other peoples work in order to further their idiotic attempt at infecting as many Android devices with malware as they can. It is one of the drawbacks we have to deal with once in awhile with having an open market place and usually things are pretty decent. A newly found developer going by the name of ‘apkdeveloper’ however who is trying to do exactly that.
