Anime Defenders Cursed Archer Guide
The Cursed Archer is based on Noritoshi Kamo from the Jujutsu Kaisen anime and manga. He is a Legendary unit that can only be obtained by completing the Limited Banner in the Summons area. The banner is only available until June 30th 2024, so make sure to enter.
Cursed Archer Evolutions and Upgrades
The Cursed Archer can be evolved once by using the Aqua Blade, which you can purchase for 740 gems in the shop. Once you have it, simply use it to evolve this unit!
Although the Cursed Archer is already relatively strong, why not upgrade him to an even stronger unit? When placed in-game, he upgrades a total of 11 times, with each upgrade boosting his statistics and AoE attacks. Naturally, each upgrade will cost more (good things don’t come cheap… right?)
Banners
As I mentioned before, the Cursed Archer is available from a limited-time banner. If you want to check the chances of pulling a unit, simply select the banner, then click the ‘Show Chances’ button on the bottom left of the banner. Here, we can see that Legendary units only have a 2% chance to drop. I know it sounds almost impossible… but don’t pity yourself!
Pity System
As the Cursed Archer is a Legendary unit, you will need to know about the Pity System. The Pity system is there to help you if you aren’t pulling any high-rarity units. Whenever you pull a unit on a banner that is anything below Legendary, your pity score will go up by 1.
After you do x50 unit pulls, you will get the Cursed Archer. If you pull after this, your pity will reset back to 0. So all hope isn’t lost! If you don’t pull the Cursed Archer, the Pity System is here to save you from pitying yourself.
