Anime Defenders Exclusive Units Guide
Exclusive Units, introduced in the Update 3 Summer release have an unusual obtainment method outside of Summons and a new rarity to match. Whilst the units included in the banner do have a standard rarity, they tend to be harder to obtain anyway thanks to the Wish Banner currency.
To pull on the Wish Banner you’ll need to obtain the new Wishes currency. Wishes only drop from Nightmare Mode difficulty in Hall of Mirrors. This extremely difficult game mode puts you against enemies that flood in from 16 sides and you must survive 30 minutes to obtain a single Wish. Alternatively, if you have some to spare, you could sink Robux into buying Wishes.
The Wish Banner isn’t found in the Summons area either. To locate it, head straight from spawn towards the fountain and interact to view the banner.
Exclusive Units
As mentioned, the Exclusive Units follow the regular rarity scheme but tend to be much harder to obtain due to the currency. The actual pull rate mimics the Standard Banner enough to apply their rarities to the Exclusives. It’s worth noting that the Exclusive units are Limited meaning they won’t be in the game forever!
Another unique thing about the Exclusives is that all of them enjoy an Evolution even if they’re easier to obtain on the banner. This guarantees you’ll be getting a decent unit for your time grinding for Wishes, even at the lowest rarity.

- 0.10% drop chance
- Evolves into Shadow Dragon (Unlocked) using Beast Sigil
- Legion Commander (Mythical Exclusive)
- 0.70% drop chance
- Evolves into Legion Captain using Commander’s Medallion
- Legion Assassin (Legendary Exclusive)
- 20.00% drop chance
- Evolves using Nightshade Cloak
- Legion Veteran (Rare Exclusive)
- 79.20% drop chance
- Evolves into Legion Veteran (Max) using Veteran’s Medal
