Anime Defenders Units
You can collect units through summoning on summoning banners.
Rarity
Currently, there are 5 types of units available in the game:
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
- Mythic
- Secret
Of course, the difficulty of getting your hands on these units depends on their rarity. Typically, the higher the rarity of a unit, the higher its potential as a teammate during waves. Strong units naturally enjoy stronger upgrades. You get the gist.
Types Of Units
There are two types of units available:
- Attack Units – These units specialise in dealing damage to enemies. They have single-target, area-of-effect (AoE) or damage-over-time (DoT) attacks
- Support Units – These provide damage buffs or generate yen
Each unit has unique abilities and different stats (pssst… check out our tier list linked above to see which units are best)
Upgrades
You can upgrade your units using Yen, which you can get from defeating enemies after each wave. If you upgrade units, they unlock new abilities and enhance their stats. For specific units, you can upgrade them by meeting certain criteria, making them more powerful.
