Anime Last Stand All Seeing Technique Guide
This guide will cover what the All Seeing Technique does, and how you can get it for your own Units. We’ll also cover some recommended Units that pair particularly well with this Technique.
All Seeing Effects
A Unit with the All Seeing Technique receives the following stat boosts:

As befits a Technique of Celestial rarity, All Seeing provides some incredible boosts to pretty much every relevant stat for a Unit. A Unit with this Technique will do more damage, land more and better critical hits, reach foes that are further away, and attack faster than before.
For this reason, it’s not a Technique you need to roll on a specific Unit to be useful. Any non-Farm Unit with the All Seeing Technique will be a force to be reckoned with. Though of course, if you can roll it on a rarer Unit with better stats, the percentage-based boosts will be even more effective.
How To Get All Seeing
As with every Technique in Anime Last Stand, you can randomly roll All Seeing onto one of your Units at the Techniques NPC on the hub. Approach the Techniques NPC, choose a Unit to roll a Technique onto, then spend one Technique Shard to perform the rolling process.
All Seeing is a Celestial rarity Technique, meaning it’s one of the rarest in the game. Each time you roll for a Technique, there’s a 0.35% chance it’ll be All Seeing. This means you’ll need to roll around 300 times to get a Unit with this Technique. That’s a lot of Technique Shards, but the end result can be worth it if you roll All Seeing on one of your already-powerful Units.
