This Anime Roulette Missions Guide tells you where the mission NPCs are located, what to do and the rewards you can gain for completing them.
Missions are a great way to passively earn more loot to increase your luck in the game. With how RNGs play, you can idly roll and complete missions since they often require you to find auras of varying rarity.

Anime Roulette Missions Guide
There are currently two NPCs which offer quest lines, Nami and Makima. However, within Anime Roulette they have aliases as Tami and Chakkima. Tami is found on top of the mountain behind Spawn, and Chakkima is located on the opposite side of the map in front of the round dome shack home.
Top Tip: As mentioned, you can idly complete missions since they require you to gain auras. Be sure to speak with the mission NPCs as soon as possible to have the mission active whilst you roll.
Tami Missions
As expected, all of Nami’s missions require you to obtain different One Piece-inspired Auras.
- Obtain one Yonko – 1 in 7,000 for 5 Super Rolls and 1,500 Currency
- Obtain one Blackbeard – 1 in 250,000 for Super Rolls and Currency
- Roll one JoyBoy – 1 in 40,000,000 for Super Rolls and Currency
Chakkima Missions
Makima offers more balanced missions with easier obtainments whilst still having decent rewards.
- Roll x4 Esper, 2x Namekian and 2x Ghoul for 5 Super Rolls and 1,500 Currency
- Obtain 2x Mangekyou and 1x Rinnegan for 10 Super Rolls and 1,500 Currency
- Obtain King of Curses Aura for Super Rolls and Currency
Will The Game Get More Missions?
