Anime Royale Meta Units Guide
Before we get into it, I’ll quickly explain what a Meta unit is. These units are the most efficient way to clear content. You should add these to your team as soon as possible.
Meta units can change over time, especially if there is an update in the game that adds new characters with higher stats. I recommend you save this page and regularly check back, so you stay up to date in on which units are best.
Meta DPS Unit – Friend
Friend is not only the Meta DPS but also the best character so far in Anime Royale. She is inspired by Frieren from Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End.
As she is a secret unit, you can only obtain her in Rifts. With a 10% chance in legendary rifts, 3% in epic, and 0.5% in rare.
Her DPS is higher than any other unit in the game. Not only this, but she has a large range and becomes hybrid when upgrading. She deals over 100,000 damage after you fully upgrade her. Although the price of upgrades increases with each, it is worth it considering how much damage she does.
Meta Farm Unit – Nemo
Although there are only two farm units in the game, Nemo is clearly the best! She is inspired by Nami from One Piece, and you have a 27.5% chance to obtain her in Summons.
Nemo is the Meta due to how cheap her upgrades are versus the cash payout.
Meta Hill Unit – Itchy
The Itchy unit, inspired by Itachi Uchiha from Naruto, is the Meta Hill unit for various reasons. His upgrades are cheap and give good value for money, with his final level costing 2,800 Yen to deal 1,800 damage.
As he is a legendary unit, your chances to roll him are 2%, which is pretty slim. However, in the long run, he’s well worth having.
Meta Support Unit – Jotero
Jotero is inspired by Jotaro Kujo from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures. He is a Mythical and has a placement count of 2. You have a 0.25% chance to roll for Jotero, making him on the rarer side.
The most important part factor that makes him the best Support unit is his status effect. He is one of the most versatile units in the game, as he can knock opponents away, stun them, and slow them down.
