In Black Grimoire Odyssey, spells are essential in the game as they can be used to attack enemies, heal, and protect yourself. The higher the rank of the grimoire, the more spells you can store and the stronger your magic is.
How To Get Spells
You can get Grimoire’s every 12 hours from The Tower. Grimoire’s are spell books that you equip to boost your magic and cast spells. Grimoires can also differ in stats – so the higher the rank, the more spells it can hold, the better the stats. If you don’t want to wait 12 hours (very understandable) you can skip the 12 hour limit with a Cloverleaf Tailsman. If you’re in a high class, you will get daily ones for free.
Melee Spells
- Terra Fist: Activates fists of rock that increases damage.
- Dark Cloak: Casts a spell that conjures a dark-infused sword.
Trap Spells
- Trap Hole: Casts a spell to summon a circle that will trap opponents.
- Trap Bomb: Summons a magic circle that detonates, which will cause damage to your enemy.
Ranged Spells
- Gale Swirl: It will summon a hurricane that blows your foes into the air, launching enemies upwards.
- Fire Bat: Summons a fiery bat that throws blazing projectiles at your foes – creating burn damage.
Movement Spells
- Roll: Lets you perform a roll.
- Blink: It will turn you invisible and removes target from you.
- Inferno Jet: Creates a fiery explosion, sending you flying and causing fire damage to your enemies.
Support Spells
- Rock Zone: It will grants you a health boost and forms a protective barrier, reducing damage.
- Breeze Rush: This spell accelerates both you and your allies, making everyone move faster and buffing speed for a short amount of time.
