The chances of catching a Fisch Clover Megalodon are slim. You need a specific rod, wait for an event, and hope you get the mutation. Our guide breaks it down and talks you through the specifics.
You can play Fisch on Roblox. Fishing for more? We have a Fisch Mutation Guide and a Fisch Megalodon Guide.
Fisch Clover Megalodon Guide
The Clover Megalodon is a Megalodon that has the Clover Mutation. It makes for a tough catch, considering you’ll need to be lucky enough to catch a Megalodon as well as ensure it has the Clover Mutation. Unlike other Mutations, you can only get the Clover whilst using a specific rod, not through appraisals.
Shamrock Rod
To get the Clover mutation, you need to be fishing with the Shamrock Rod. You can get this rod as a reward when completing the Lucky Event, which ends on March 22nd, 2025. During this event, you must catch 5 of the limited-event fish and return them to Clover McRich in Moosewood. Once you have all 5, you will obtain the Shamrock Rod.
However, when using this rod, there is only a 10% chance that you will catch something that has the Clover mutation. If a creature has this mutation, its value increases by x4.5 and it will turn a black, green, and yellow colour.
Catching A Megalodon
Now you have the Shamrock Rod, you need to try and catch a Megalodon. This is an exotic rarity creature found in the Ancient Isle during a Megalodon Hunt event. Once hoked on your rod, there will be a -80% progress speed decrease. It doesn’t have any preferences for weather, time, or season. However, it does have a preference for Shark Head bait. Make sure to attach some to your Shamrock Rod.
When a Megalodon Event starts, you will get a server-wide notification letting you know. It is a race against other players to catch it first, as once someone catches it, it will disappear and you need to wait for another event.
Trying to catch a Clover Megalodon is no easy task! You need to complete the Lucky event, obtain the rod which only has a 10% chance of giving the Clover Mutation, and then you need to wait for a Megalodon Hunt event and be the first to catch it. Even if you use the Shamrock Rod, there is only that 10% chance that the Megalodon will even have the Clover Mutation.
