You’ll learn about their stats, their passives, who to speak to, each step of each quest to get hold of them.

Below we detail each of the rods, and explain how to get hold of them.
Chrysalis
Rod Info
May give catches the Bloom or Flora mutation. May catch extra fish with Flora and a chance to get Sparkling or Shiny.

- Max Weight Of Fish: No Max Weight.
How To Get It
To get Chrysalis you need to complete three quests for Hex in the Underground Music Venue.
- Catch an Aurora Globe Jellyfish from the Brine Pools.
- Catch a Hexed Magician Narwhal from Narwhal Hunts.
- Catch a Hexed Moon Idol, found in Blue Moon Pools.
Duskwire
Rod Info
May give the Darkened, Chaotic, or Serene mutation. May fill the Progress Bar immediately.
- Lure Speed: 100
- Luck: 175
- Control: -0.2
- Resilience: 175
- Max Weight Of Fish: -757575kg (Which means you need Invincible Enchant to use the rod.)
How To Get It
To get Duskwire you must complete Hollow’s quest in the Underground Music Venue.
- Catch a Catfish.
After completing that, you can buy the Duskwire, it costs 7,500,000C$.
Onirifalx
Rod Info
Gives a large boost to Progress Speed, with further buffs for every Perfect Catch. Gives extra Control per Perfect Catch. May fill half the progress bar automatically. Chance for catches to get the Levitas, Sacratus, or Puritas mutation.

How To Get It
To get Oniriflax you need to find Nick in The Depths, (not the Nick in the Underground Music Venue) and complete three quests. You must be at least Level 1000 to complete the questline.
- Catch a Charred Boot.
- Catch a Wrath Scylla (from Mariana’s Veil).
- Catch a Shiny Sparkling Wrath Floppy.
Polaris Serenade
Has increased Progress Speed (40%) and a chance to fill the progress bar super fast. (15%). Catches have a chance to get the Serene mutation, and a higher chance to be Shiny or Sparkling. Every so often you’ll get a fish with the Quiet mutation.

- Control: 0.4
- Resilience: 40%
- Max Weight Of Fish: No maximum weight.
How To Get It
To get the Polaris Serenade you’ll need to complete the quests from Nick (in the Underground Music Venue this time.) These are listed below.
- Catch a Serene String from the Desolate Deep.
- Catch a Serene Spectral Serpent.
You will need the Duskwire rod for both of these, as it’s the only other rod that currently gives the Serene mutation.
Wingripper
Rod Info
Gives a small boost to Progress Speed (20%) during the day. Gives massive boost to Progress Speed (220%) during the day. May give the Diurnal mutation during the day, or the Nocturnal mutation at night.

How To Get It
To get the Wingripper you need to complete Goth’s questline in the Underground Music Venue.
