Passive Abilities
The stats are great, and the passives make this rod even better!
- Every 0.25 seconds, there is a 25% chance to stab a fish for a 1.5% increase in progress.
- After 3 stabs, you get the following:
- +0.2 control
- +100% progress speed
- Effects slowly decrease in 3 seconds
- There is also a 26% chance to catch something with the Fabulous mutation, which increases value by 13.5x.
How To Obtain
To get this rod for yourself, start by heading to the Calm Zone and speaking to the Fabulous Deity NPC. Keep in mind that you must be level 1000 or above to take on the quests.
