About The Free Spirit Rod
The Free Spirit Rod is one of the strongest fishing rods available in the Second Sea.

- Max Weight Of Fish: 5,000kg
The Free Spirit Rod has a special passive, two in fact! Like the First Sea’s Trident Rod, the Free Spirit Rod lets you jab at your catch to jump the progress bar. When you use the Free Spirit Rod, there’s a 20% chance the the rod will rain gems from the sky, applying the Bloom Mutation, which gives your catch a five times increase in value.
How To Get The Free Spirit Rod
The Free Spirit Rod is available exclusively in the Second Sea. The Second Sea is only accessible after defeating Cthulhu, and to do that you need to be at least Level 200. Once you’re reached the Second Sea the Free Spirit Rod is found over on the Isle Of New Beginnings. Once you’re over there, you’ll also need the following criteria.
- You need to hand over 200,000E$ to buy it.
- You need to have completed at least 70% of the Isle Of New Beginning bestiary. That means you must have caught at least six different species of fish there.
