The alien Glorp has arrived, but before you can complete the Fisch Glorp Quest, you need to complete another quest to be able to communicate with this otherworldly being. Fear not, as I’m here to talk you through everything you need to know about this quest and the rewards you get when completing it.

Fisch Glorp Quest Guide
To begin this quest, make your way to Roslit Bay and find the Glorp NPC. As the name implies, they resemble an alien and have cute little antennas poking out of their head! If you’re struggling to find them, you can head to these coordinates: X: 1521, Y: 141, Z: 333.
When speaking to Glorp, you’ll run into an issue. Aliens, of course, only speak alien. To fix this and be able to communicate, you need to get the Translator.
How to get The Translator
Getting the Translator item is a whole other quest you need to complete! To start, speak to Dr. Crookspine in The Laboratory in the room to the right-hand side of the entrance. You can use these coordinates to find him: X: -1915, Y: 225, Z: -530.
Keep in mind that to get the quests that reward you with the Translator, you must interact with Glorp first. Otherwise, you will get a different quest. Make sure you speak to Glorp first and then Dr. Crookspine.
Now, interact with Dr. Crookspine, and he will give you quests. Once you complete the following, you will obtain the Translator as a reward. Here is what you need to do:
- Catch 1 fish with the Gleebous mutation and return it.
After that, speak to him again to get part 2 of the quest:
- Hand him a Device Display
- Hand him a Translator Core
- Hand him a Communication Circuit
Once you do all of this, you will get the Translator. Head back to Glorp, as you will finally be able to communicate!
Glorp Quest
Now you have the Translator and speak to Glorb, they will give you a quest. Luckily, it’s simple.
- Catch 15 fish with the Gleebous mutation
- 23% chance to catch something with this using the Blade of Glorp
- 1.48% chance to catch something naturally with this while fishing in Roslit Bay
- This increases value by 8x
Rewards
After you catch 15 Gleebous fish and speak to Glorb, you will earn the following rewards.
Blade of Glorp
- Lure Speed: 100%
- Luck: 888%
- Control: 0.05
- Resilience: 45%
- Max KG: Infinite
There are also the following passives:
- 23% chance for the Gleebous mutation.
- Every 2 seconds, there is a 20% chance for a laser to strike after 2 warning pulses. If this strikes, the following will happen:
- -66% control for 0.3 seconds
- Sets progress gain/lost rate to 0.25% per frame for 0.3 seconds.
- If the fish hasn’t left the bar for the 0.3 seconds, you gain +10% progress.

- Acceleration: 0.75 S/ps
