Let me take you on a tour deep underwater to the brand new Fisch Luminescent Cavern! This guide tells you where to find this area, how to unlock it, and what the deal is with the mysterious Keystones…

Fisch Luminescent Cavern Location
Before unlocking the Luminescent Cavern, you have to find it first to receive your retrieval task for three unique Keystones. Each player will have a different combination of Keystones and will need to find three (of nine) to place at the entrance to unlock the Cavern.
To find this area, start at the Descolate Deep. You’ll need to equip all your diving gear, and then take a plunge, swimming towards where you’d go if you were attempting to exit the Descolate by swimming. But, instead of leaving, you’ll see a crack in the wall where you can swim inside.
On the left, you’ll see three pedestals. Interact with these to get your list of Keystones to retrieve. Find them, and place them in each slot to unlock the Mysterious River, which takes you to the Luminecent Cavern.
Keystone Locations
- Turtle Keystone
- Location: Terrapin Island
- Explanation: Find Terrapin Hideaway, where you’ll find the Keystone on top of a barrel.
- Lightning Keystone
- Location: Grand Reef
- Explanation: Head to the smallest island within this archipelago, and you’ll find the Lightning Keystone between two rocks.
- Sun Keystone
- Location: Sunstone Island
- Explanation: Ascend to the top of the island and enter Merlin’s Hut. The Keystone sits on top of a barrel next to the door.
- Volcano Keystone
- Location: Roslit Volcano
- Explanation: Enter Roslit Volcano and drop down onto, or use your glider, to reach the central island. The Keystone rests on a thin platform near the lava.
- Skull Keystone
- Location: Forsaken Shores
- Explanation: Head inside the eye socket of the skull in the centre of the island. The Keystone is next to the open socket.
- Fossil Keystone
- Location: Ancient Isles
- Explanation: Take the zipline, or climb up the rocks behind the Merchant. Drop down onto the wooden crane that’s moving a fossil to find the Keystone.
- Mushroom Keystone
- Location: Mushgrove Swamp
- Explanation: Head to the Aligator Marsh and climb into the rowboat where you’ll find the Keystone.
- Snowflake Keystone
- Location: Snowcap Island
- Explanation: Enter the Snowcap Cave and click on the cracks to unlock the secret door passage. You can get help from other players to do this part quickly.
- Cliff Keystone
- Location: Castaway Cliffs
- Explanation: Climb the sets of ladders near the merchant and then head left when you see the house. Pass the faction leaders until you see the solo camper near the fire. Take the path heading right. Climb behind the white tree and take the path upwards until you see a small snowy hill with another tree. Check behind this tree for the Keystone.
