Fisch Ruinous Oath Rod Obtainment
The Ruinous Oath Rod has one of the most time-intensive obtainments of all tools in Fisch. It requires the player to be max level (1,000) and obtain a complete Shiny Sparkling Bestiary within the Crimson Cavern.
After meeting the requirements, this rod will be available to buy within the Crimson Cavern for 30,000,000C$.
Increasing Shiny Sparkling Odds
Shiny Fish have a base chance of 1%
- Admin Abuse Events: During Admin Abuse, which typically happens on a weekend before an update, DEVs will spawn a bunch of events and apply Luck Multipliers that make Shiny and Sparkling encounters more frequent.

- Axe of Rhoads: +5%
- Polaris’s Serenade: +10%
- Chrysalis: +20%
- Enchants:
- Blessed: +5%
- Glittered Cosmic: +5%
- Shiny Surge Event: +3% Shiny Encounter chance.
- Night of the Luminous: +10% Sparkling Encounter chance.
- Appraisals: Paying the Appraiser to reroll the Mutations on your fish sometimes unveils Shiny or Sparkling.

5% chance for slashes that contribute 2% progress every 0.25 seconds. Chances for slashes increase by 8% every second.
25% chance for caught fish to adopt the Luminescent Mutation (x9 Value)
15% chance to fill up almost the entirety of the progress bar instantly.
During a Perfect Catch: The control bar gradually decreases in size; however, the progress speed gradually increases by 5% every second. If successful, the Perfect Catch has a 100% chance for the Mastered Mutation (x16 Value).
