Fisch Weather Matrix Guide
When you use the Weather Matrix item, it will spawn any possible weather event at random. No one will know what condition you get until you use the item, so if you like to take a gamble, this item could be worth it! When you use it, there will be a 60-minute cooldown before you can use it again.
How to Obtain the Weather Matrix
The only way to get your hands on the Weather Matrix item is by completing Angler Quests. You can find this NPC in Moosewood, Sunstone, Roslit, Terrapin, Ancient Isle, The Depths, Forsaken Shores, Luminescent Cavern, and Crimson Cavern.
When speaking to them, they will give you a quest to catch a fish that can be found anywhere. Well, apart from if you visit The Depths Angler, you will only be tasked with catching fish in that location.
After you catch the fish the Angler asks for, you will receive the Weather Matrix as a reward… sort of.
Weather Matrix Chances
You have less than a 1% chance of obtaining the Weather Matrix when you complete an Angler Quest. At the moment, we aren’t sure if server luck increases the chances of this happening. All we know is that it is very slim to come across, and you will likely need to complete multiple of these quests until you are lucky enough to get one.
