Grimoires Era Quests
Thankfully the game titles each progression of the game with NPCs numbered as Quest Giver 1, Quest Giver 2 and so on. These fellas help with knowing what stage of the game you’re at and if you’re in an area that’s a little out of your depth.
In this section, I will label each Quest Giver and their recommended levels per each quest they give to you. Every quest you complete helps build strength through EXP, currency and the occasional loot drop. So, it’s worth hitting up each Quest Giver when the time is right.
Quest Giver 1
This will be your first stop! This NPC offers the following quests to get you used to the game mechanics and build a few levels in the early stages of the game. A lot of games begin with the “Squash Bandits” style quests, so this shouldn’t be too difficult to do.
- Bandit – Level 1
- Strong Bandit – Level 10
- Evil Old Man – Level 20
Quest Giver 2
Beaten bandits later you’ll come across the second Quest Giver, who introduces you to more sinister battles. These fights are still relatively early-game but take more skill to defeat.
- Evil Nobleman – Level 30
- Desert Wizard – Level 40
- Fire Wizard – Level 50
Quest Giver 3
Your third Quest Giver is not a fan of Wizards that’s for sure! By now you’ll be climbing levels and should hopefully have some decent loot to back you up in battles that boost all kinds of stats. The gaps between levels needed to proceed through the quests also jump from this point onwards. You’ll have further to go between each stage of the game.
- Corrupt Wizard – Level 75
- Corrupt Dark Wizard – Level 100
- Boss Corrupt Wizard – Level 125
Quest Giver 4
Back to the bandits, this Quest Giver is a bit of a throwback. Except, these bandits won’t be as soft as those from your beginner’s quests.
- Commoner Bandit – Level 150
- Nobleman Bandit – Level 175
- Royal Bandit – Level 200
Quest Giver 5
Ah, more corrupt enemies.
- Corrupt Blacksmith – Level 225
- Commoner Corrupt – Level 250
- Corrupt Nobleman – Level 300
Quest Giver 6
And the final Quest Giver, for now anyway. You’ll be facing off against tough knights with an edge of corruption so be sure to don your best equipment and show them who is boss!
- Corrupt Magic Knight – Level 350
- Corrupt Senior Magic Knight – Level 400
- Exiled Magic Knight Captain – Level 450
