Grow a Garden Save Slots
You access Save Slots via the Mailbox in front of your garden. In exchange for 25,000,000,000 sheckles (or 399 Robux), you gain a completely new plot, without losing your existing garden. This allows the player to swap between their two plots (with a 3-minute cooldown between changes).
This doesn’t come without some changes, however, as the second save slot currently doesn’t allow pet eggs to grow offline. So, bypassing the egg placement limit won’t work unless you’re online on the second plot.
Placed Gears and Eggs will save though, so if you need to exit the game or swap, they won’t wipe, and will remain there until you swap back. Similarly, Cosmetic placements will save when switching between plots.
Should You Use Save Slots?
Chances are, if you’ve earned the hefty 25 billion sheckles needed to unlock a second save slot, you’d benefit from having it. Rather than expanding an already populated garden, you can start anew without losing progress and create the aesthetic garden of your dreams.
Overwhelmed and don’t want to commit to shovelling plants or spending hours moving them? Me too! That’s another nifty use of the Save Slot. You can completely ignore the overwhelmingly busy garden you’ve been building, and start anew without the guilt.
Or, you could have two gardens, each serving different purposes. A messy, chaotic plot for generating billions of sheckles, and another for aesthetics, limited seeds, theming, or practising your cosmetic builds. The possibilities are endless!
