Grow A Garden Summer Harvest Guide
The Summer Harvest event is the newest special event in Grow A Garden, but it’s a little bit different from ones we’ve seen before, and if you don’t understand how it works, you can lose a ton of valuable crops trying.
So let’s save you some time and money.
How Does The Event Work?
Okay, first of all, let’s run over in brief how it works, then explain in more detail.
- Each hour, the Summer Harvest triggers.
- It runs for ten minutes.
- During the Summer Harvest, you can dump any Summer crops into the large basket in the event area.
- More valuable crops mean more points.
- At the end of the ten minutes, the crops disappear.
- If you’ve collected enough points to get a reward from the event, you will get the prizes automatically when the event ends.
The most important thing to know about the Summer Harvest event is that it’s designed as a group event. This means that you probably won’t be able to hit the higher reward tiers by yourself in a private server. (Unless you have some clever strats, but that’s for another guide.) You can try it in a public server, or maybe rope some friends into helping you out.

What’s the catch? The rewards are not guaranteed, so you might only get certain ones from each tier, which makes the interesting ones like Night Eggs trickier to get.
