How To Get Shikai EXP Type Soul
Shikai EXP is necessary for Soul Reapers to unlock their Shikai once they progress to Grade 2. From Grade 2 and previous, a Soul Reaper Trainee can rank up on Divison and Mission EXP alone. However, to become Semi-grade 1 and Elite Grade, Shikai EXP will be mandatory. As well as grading up, Shikai EXP carves the route to a Soul Reaper unlocking their Shikai ability.
To get Shikai EXP you have to meditate, which can only be done once your Soul Reaper/Shinigami character is Grade 2. To meditate, hit the M key (or the same key bind) within Soul Society to enter a meditative state. Every 20 minutes, your character will automatically stand and sit to repeat the meditation cycle.
During meditation, you’ll notice Shikai whispers which indicate a personality. On the fourth cycle of meditation, your player will be automatically teleported into the Spirit World to fight their Shikai. If you succeed, you’ll be able to unlock your Shikai ability (and enjoy a sum of Shikai EXP).
