Why settle for default units when you can max out these powerhouses with Technique Shards? My How To Get Technique Shards In Anime Last Stand guide can help out with that! Here I explain what Technique Shards do, and how you can get your hands on some.
Anime Last Stand is a tower defence-style game where you enlist miniatures of your favourite characters from a bunch of animes. Each unit fights uniquely which you get to organise through strategy to defend your base from waves of enemies! With PvP, Challenges and even Banners there is so much more to this game than being a simple TD!
Check it out for yourself over on Roblox. We also have an Anime Last Stand Techniques Guide and The BEST Anime Last Stand Tier List.
How To Get Technique Shards In Anime Last Stand
First, what is a Technique? Techniques are a passive ability which can be applied to your units using Technique Shards. These abilities have different benefits to your game with some being more helpful than others. For example, some can increase the overall DMG output by a percentage, whilst others may generate more income.
Units by default won’t come with Techniques, so you’ll need to apply them yourself which I cover how to do in the next section of this guide.
How To Get Technique Shards
Technique Shards can be obtained by completing Quests or bought using Robux. Quests can be located on the left-hand side of your game screen where you can see what the game is tasking you with, and the rewards. Usually, as you explore the Story Mode of the game you’ll accumulate a small pot of Technique Shards.
As always with games of this nature, you can always skip the grind and instead put your hands in your pocket and exchange Robux for Technique Shards. This can be done by visiting the Technique area in the lobby where you can spin for Techniques. When the menu pops up, a section to the side will show the Robux exchange fee.
How Do Techniques Work?
When spinning for a Technique, you can obtain these different perks once per unit. The Techniques do NOT stack meaning if you reroll with a unit in place that already has a Technique, then it will be overwritten. Ideally, you’d only reroll if you have a specific technique in mind and enough Shards to justify it. Otherwise, I recommend swapping to units which lack a Technique for each spin.
