How To Get The Fisch Eerie Mutation
The Eerie Mutation is one of the limited, abundant enhancements found during the Fischfright event. There are several ways to uncover it, including:
- Spooky Rod: 10% chance each catch to adopt the Eerie Mutation.
- Obtained by returning 10 ingredients to the Witch Cauldron.
- Eerie Mutation: Naturally occurring during the Fischfright 2025 Event.
- Eerie Relic: Found via Trick or Treating, the Eerie Relic is a secondary rod enchantment that applies buffs, including:
- +10% Eerie Mutation chance
- +10% Progress Speed
- +10% Fish Size
- Appraisals: Appraising at the Crooks Hallow gives a chance to uncover the Eerie Mutation.
- Crates: Opening crates has the chance for found fish to already have the Eerie Mutation.
Fish with the Eerie Mutation have their value increased by 6x. This isn’t the most profitable mutation out there, but given its limited nature and overabundance during Fischfright, the Eerie mutation is a great money meta.
I particularly recommend the Spooky Rod if you want to maximise on Halloween mutation profits, as it also has a 10% chance for the Frightful (6x Value) and Spooky (6x Value) mutations. This method isn’t the best if you’re a late-game player with a much stronger build, but for new or returning players, it works a treat (no tricks!) to help you catch up on what you missed during the Fisch drought.
