How To Get War Fans In Project Slayers
The War Fans is a Mythic rarity weapon. It can be found exclusively in Tier 5 Chests, with a 1% chance of appearing each time you open one. You can get Tier 5 Chests as rewards for defeating four specific Bosses in the game, listed below. All four of these bosses are found in Ouwohana, the second map you’ll encounter in the game.
- Akeza – Found, surprise surprise, in Akeza Cave.
- Douma – Found in the Devourer’s Jaws, a secret area you can travel to using the Horse Guy after unlocking it on your map.
- Rengoku – Found at Rengoku’s Home.
- Tengen – Found north-west of the Sound Cave.
Each of these Bosses drops one Tier 5 Chest per kill, meaning you’ll need to defeat 100 of them on average to get your hands on the War Fans. Thankfully, they all respawn at regular intervals, so it shouldn’t take as long as it sounds.
War Fans Stats And Abilities
So that’s how you get the War Fans, now let’s cover why you’ll want them. When equipped, the War Fans give you a 1.75x boost to your Item Health, as well as 3.5 towards your Weapon stat. In addition, they let you perform the following skills:
- War Drums – A self-buff that raises your Sprint Speed, and boosts your Damage by 20%.
- War Tornado – A powerful attack that summons a tornado in front of you, dealing continuous damage to enemies caught in its path. If you have War Drums active when using this skill, it creates multiple tornadoes rather than just one.
