How To Level Pets Fast In Grow A Garden
With the addition of pet mutations, there is more motivation than ever to level your pets. This can be a lengthy, and resource-intensive progress. There are ways to make it easier though. Let’s explain a few ways to get there faster.
Level Up Lollipop
This item is the fastest way to level your pet. Any pet fed a Level Up Lollipop levels by 1. You can buy them from the Gear Shop when they are in stock, but there is a catch. One Level Up Lollipop costs 10,000,000,000c. If you want to use these, we’d suggest waiting for later levels to get more XP for your money.
Owls
Owl pets increase XP gains by pets while they’re active. The most powerful owl-type pets at the moment are the Cooked Owl, which was a giveaway for a weekly update, and the Blood Owl, which was available in the Blood Moon Shop during the Lunar event. There is also the Night Owl and the Owl, both from the Lunar event. Most owls are currently offsale, so if you don’t have one already, you might need to trade for one!
Keep in mind, pets still need to be fed to benefit from the XP boost, as they won’t gain XP while their hunger bar is empty.
Capybara
This guy is friends with everyone, and likes to help his friends out. Any pets in the radius of a Capybara pet don’t lose hunger, and gain extra XP too.
This works great in synergy with an owl, as the pet can benefit from the XP boost for longer before you have to feed them.
You can get the Capybara from the Paradise Egg, which occasionally shows up at the Egg Shop.
Ostrich
The Ostrich is a great way to get started quickly, as eggs hatched while an Ostrich is active hatch with levels already added. Like the Capybara, the Ostrich comes from the Paradise Egg.
