Complete Anime Last Stand Meteor Guard Guide

In this guide, we’ll teach you how to get Meteor Guard, and how to use him effectively.

How To Add Meteor Guard To Your Team

Meteor Guard is a Celestial rarity Unit. Like the majority of other Celestial Units in the game, he can be rolled exclusively on Banner 2 at the Summon bar. If you haven’t unlocked Banner 2 yet, you can do so by finishing Act 6 of Planet Nemak in Story mode.

Each time you check Banner 2, a different Celestial Unit will be present. You’ll need to check in regularly to catch Meteor Guard. When he is on the Banner, you’ll have a 0.5% chance to roll him. This means it’ll take roughly 200 rolls, or 15,000 Emeralds, to get him. If you’re really unlucky, you’ll get him when you reach the Celestial Pity Timer at 20 rolls.

Meteor Guard Strategies

In this section, we’ll cover some strategies for using Meteor Guard in battle. We’ll also discuss the Techniques and Skill Trees that bring out his best!

Use In Battle

Outside of just being a very powerful Unit damage-wise, the key distinguishing feature for Meteor Guard is his ability to inflict the Burn status. This deals extra damage to affected enemies over a three-second span, effectively multiplying the Unit’s listed damage by 3.

To make the most of this ability, try and place Meteor Guard on a corner where he can hit the most enemies possible. Try and place him near the enemy spawn point, too, to avoid situations where enemies reach your Base before they take their full Burn damage.

Techniques To Roll For

Since he has a high base damage total, Meteor Guard works well with the one-Placement Celestial Techniques. The best options are Avatar and Glitched, since those also offer a big Damage Over Time boost, which plays well with his Burn status.

Best Skill Tree Builds

For the most part, you’ll want to go for a Raw Damage or Elemental Damage build for Meteor Guard. For more information, you can check out our Anime Last Stand Skill Tree guide.
