Paradox Schrift Questline Guide
Schrift is exclusive to the Quincy lineage, meaning Soul Reaper and Arrancar players won’t be able to enjoy the movesets adorned by obtaining this power. Simply, the first step to obtaining Schrift is to select the Quincy race!
Step 1
Next, you’ll need to gain 215 Potential and speak with the Digiki NPC located within Wandenreich. You earn Potential through completing Missions or killing players of the opposite faction. After speaking with Digiki, you’ll need to spar with him and win to obtain The Piece of Despair.
Step 2
Following the Piece of Despair item comes the Piece of Order. Unlike the first, this Piece drops from other Quincy players with a 1 in 5 chance. Once obtained, head back to Digiki and hand them over, and he will give you one final quest to prove your worth.
Step 3
Finally, the Piece of Domination. To prove your worth as a superior breed of Quincy post-gathering the other Piece fragments, speak with Digiki once more to begin your final quest.
Unfortunately, I don’t know much more about what this quest entails, but if I had to guess, you’ll need to show off your combat prowess.
Scrift Moves and Rarities
When you’ve unveiled your Schrift, you’ll have one title that splits into various available moves. Each Schrift has its own rarity and obtainment chance. Ideally, you’ll want to roll for a higher rarity Schrift as these tend to be the most fruitful with their attack damage and versatility.
- Common Schrift – 89% Obtainment Chance
- Power Schrift
- Heat Schrift
- Rare Schrift – 10% Obtainment Chance
- Explode Schrift
- Legendary Schrift – 1% Obtainment Chance

Frequently Asked Questions
- Which Schrift power is the strongest?
- An obvious choice, but I’d recommend the Fear and Death Dealing Schrifts. In particular, Fear has a solid skillset of PvP and PvE moves.
- What comes next after Schrift?
- When you reach 705 Potential, you can then move on to getting your Voltstanding. Find and speak with the Yhwach NPC to begin the questline when you qualify.
- Kill all 4 bosses from Lunarzz
- Kill 20 Soul Reaper players
- Kill 20 Arrancar players
- Complete the Trials (after completing the quests above)

- Should I stick with being a Quincy?
- A contested question with no easy answer, dear reader. Personally, I prefer the path of Arrancar, but if you have a bias towards Quincy or prefer its playstyle, then don’t let my bias prevent you from having fun. Chances are, you could still whoop me in PvP (I’m so mid).
