Project Mugetsu Yamamoto Clan Guide

First, we’ll talk about the clan mechanics, then Yamamoto clan and its buffs, specifically.

About Clans

Clans in Project Mugetsu are connected to your characters’ second name. They’re all named after characters in the Bleach universe. Many just serve as cosmetic effects and nothing else, but some rare named tied to especially powerful characters come with special buffs. These can include better stats, faster Mastery XP, immunity to certain effects, and even special combat moves.

Not only are rare clans often very powerful, but the relative rarity of the moves is an interesting way to catch opponents by surprise.

The Yamamoto Clan

Yamamoto is a Mythic rarity clan. This means that any roll has a 1% chance of rolling Yamamoto, Tsikishima, Thomeaux, or Cifer. So it’s about a 0.25% chance of any clan reroll rolling Yamamoto.

The clan is based on Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, Captain of the First Division, and Gotei 13. He might look elderly, but the man is no pushover, and you won’t be either.

The clan buffs are as follows:

  • Buffed Block, Melle, Reiatsu, and Sword.
  • Flashstep uses less Reiatsu and has a lower cooldown.
  • Strength, damage, and durability buff at low health.
  • Immunity to fire damage.
  • Increased range of M1 melee.
  • Recovers from Freeze status effects a lot faster.
