What is Reverse 1999 Tuning?

Tuning is a unique set of skills that you can use at any point during a battle to alter the circumstances. You typically have two of these during battle, and they have a cost associated with using them.

You can use a Tuning skill at any time during battle, even if it’s not your turn, and they don’t cost Moxie. This can give you an advantage during a particularly difficult battle.

Examples of tuning skills include:

  • Combining cards
  • Drawing a new card
  • Increasing your card tiers

How do I Use Tuning Skills?

During battle, glance at the bottom left of your screen. You should see a button with a DNA symbol on it. This represents your tuning skills.

Simply tap on this button to bring up a list of your tuning skills, and the cost associated with using them. You can then tap again on a tuning skill to use it. It’s that simple!

When Should I Use a Tuning Skill?

You should always know what each tuning skill does so you know when you will need to use them in battle.

At that point, you can either use them offensively or defensively. If you’re struggling with an enemy, use a tuning skill to turn the tide. Or, alternatively, if you want to decimate your opponents quickly, use one immediately.
