Just like the show it’s based on, the world of RoBending is ever-changing. In this guide, I break down the different RoBending World Events you can experience during play, so you can face each one prepared.
RoBending is a Roblox RPG based on the classic animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender. Many elements of the show’s intricate Bending system made their way over to the game, including Bending sub-styles. In addition, the way in which Bending reacts to changes in the world itself was also preserved, in the World Events system. Read on to learn all about it.

All RoBending World Events Explained
The following is a full list of all the possible World Events you can encounter in RoBending. I’ve detailed their effects, and some tips for navigating them if they affect you.
Full Moon
The Full Moon occurs only rarely, but when it does it has a big impact on the world. All Water Bending Skills will deal double damage while this World Event is active, and their hitboxes will increase in size as well. This makes Water Benders terrifying to face during a Full Moon.
In addition, you also have an increased chance of encountering the Water Spirit boss during a Full Moon. A 15% increased chance, to be precise.
Lunar Eclipse
The other side of the Full Moon coin, Lunar Eclipse completely prevents all Water Bending Skills for its duration. This leaves those who have built around Water Bending completely helpless, and ripe for other players to take advantage of. If you’re a Water Bender unlucky enough to run into this World Event, just try and find somewhere to hide until it passes.
Sozin’s Comet
The cosmic event that began and ended the 100-year war, Sozin’s Comet is just as powerful in RoBending as it was in the show. While it’s active, all Fire Bending Skills deal 4 times their usual damage, and their hitboxes grow massively as well. This is an even bigger boost than Full Moon offers, and makes Fire Benders unstoppable while it’s active.
Solar Eclipse
If you’re planning to invade the Fire Nation, this is the World Event you’ll want to wait for. While Solar Eclipse is active all Fire Bending Skills are disabled, forcing Fire Benders to run or rely on their fists. It’s just as devastating for Fire Benders as Lunar Eclipse is for Water Benders, so be careful if you notice it starting up while you’re playing.
