How To Start The Battle With The King Crab
The King Crab spawns randomly in the Cinder Shores area.
If you’re eager to take the boss on, but don’t want to wait for it, you can buy an item to summon one. The item you need is the Seafarer Horn, and you can purchase it at the Combat Guild in the Fernhill Forest. Once you have the horn, you can summon the King Crab, though any boss you summon will appear at its regular spawn spot, so only use it at Cinder Shores.
How To Fight The King Crab
The King Crab is probably the easiest boss in Dig right now.
You fight bosses by standing in the highlight radius around them and digging. Successful strikes with the shovel drop their HP. While you’re digging, you also need to avoid boss attacks. You’ll know one is coming as a red X appears over where it will hit.
The King Crab drops projectiles in random locations around its boss radius. These are fairly slow and easy enough to avoid, just cancel out of the digging minigame and move over a little.
Keep digging and dealing damage; if you’ve contributed enough to damaging the boss by the time it goes down, you should get one or two of several possible prizes.
