Surely by now, you’ve noticed the little sign on top of the cliff which reads “Coming Soon…”. But what does this mean, is a Sols RNG Mining Update on its way? In this article, I’ll dissect the recent sneak peeks shared within the Sols RNG Discord and the speculation around what’s to come.
Sol’s RNG is a kid-friendly gambling Roblox game that throws you into the thrill of the roll, without the pain of having to part with Robux to roll again. Hit the button to try for a different aura. There are tons to collect, all with different rarities and visual effects. The rarer the aura, the bigger the flex.

Sols RNG Mining Update
Let’s get right into it, two images teasing mining were shared by DEVs recently. The first shows the entrance point of the cave. The second shows the DEV standing within the cave next to a campfire. Players have assumed that mining would be added to the game someday from the previous sneaks and the “Coming Soon” sign. For example, an old sneak peek showed the boulders around the island being hit by a player with a pickaxe (pictured below).
What Will Mining Add To The Game?
Aside from exploring a new area, it adds more depth to an otherwise simple game. So far the core of Sols RNG is to spin to win infinitely. Mining invites the ability to traverse a new area, have more of an active role in the gameplay, and even open the workshop to more crafting possibilities.
There is even a chance that more NPCs with mining-related quests will appear, offering limited or quest-exclusive auras in return for the labour. Let’s not forget possible new Achievements too, bringing in more cash for those necessary storage upgrades!

When Will The Update Happen?
When the DEVs are ready! Whether or not the next update includes the mining is unknown for now, but it is safe to assume we are definitely getting this feature. A welcomed way to spice up the mundane of keep rollin’ rollin’ rollin’ (what?). If you have speculations of your own, feel free to share them in the comments!
