Okay, let’s explain how it works.
How You Lose Limbs
You can lose limbs during combat scenarios, though this won’t always happen. Losing one arm will leave you unable to perform certain skills and reduces the number of hits you inflict with your fists. It’s possible to lose both arms. When this happens, you won’t be able to attack at all!
How To Restore Missing Limbs
If you lose a limb, or even worse, both limbs, you’ll have a struggle doing a lot of things in-game. Fortunately, in the world of Sorcery, it’s a lot easier to get full use of your limbs back. Go and talk to the NPC Shoko at the hideout. She’s the one in the white coat just opposite the bank. Speak to her and she’ll restore your missing limbs to full health again. That was easy!
If you want to fix them while still in the field, though, you’ll need something a little stronger. Reverse Cursed Technique can restore your limbs, though you won’t get to that until you complete The Culling Games, which is a higher-level undertaking.
How To Avoid Losing Limbs
There is a way to avoid a lot of the trouble completely. That’s by finding an item called the Prosthetic Arm. This gives you a metal arm that’s immune to severing. It’s also the hand that holds your melee weapon. While you might lose your left arm, the Prosthetic means you’ll never be totally disarmed. Pun very intended.
