How To Get Funglow In Tales Of Tanorio
You can encounter Funglow in the wild in a few different places in the game. The most reliable of these is Malachite Mines, where it appears as a common wild Tanorian. Alternatively, you can find it on either Route 5 or Kaigan Canyon, though only at night.
Funglow is also much less common in these two areas than it is in Malachite Mines. Wherever you find it, Funglow will be around level 15, so be sure to bring Tanorians around that point if you plan to catch one.
Stats And Abilities
So you’ve caught a Funglow, now what can it bring to your team? Funglow is a dual Poison/Fairy type Tanorian, which means it has the following weaknesses and resistances.
- Weaknesses – Earth, Psychic
- Resistances – Bug, Grass, Dark, Fairy, Fighting
In addition to its typing, Funglow has the following base stats.

Funglow’s low offensive stats make it better suited to a support role on your team than an attacking role. Give it Toxins, Safeguard, and Nutrient Drain for an annoying Tanorian that can slowly wear down an opposing team.
Does Funglow Have An Evolved Form?
At time of writing, Funglow doesn’t evolve into, or from, any other Tanorian. The game is currently in a phase of rapid development, however, and it’s likely that some Tanorians will receive new evolutions soon. Given that it has no other stages at present, Fungloom is a prime candidate for such an upgrade.
