The Floor Is Lava The Hunt Guide
So, how do you get the badge in The Floor Is Lava? Well, the first step is you need to find the Korblox Deathwalker. Or, more accurately, the Korblox Deathwalker needs to find you.
The Korblox Deathwalker spawns once every eight rounds. You’ll know when you see him. This scary fellow has hijacked the course, and you’ll need to complete an especially brutal obstacle course to win. If you die, you’ll need to wait until the course rolls around again for another shot at it.
There’s still lava, too.
The Obby
We’ve detailed the dangers ahead, so you can avoid some confusion.
- The first set of platforms have damaging jets of blue flame running across them. These turn on and off. You should be able to get across both platforms in the time after the flames turn off, as long as you hurry.
- The glowing platforms next fade in and out. Hop on while they appear solid, or you’ll fall through.
- Cross the high wire in front of the deathwalker. Two scythes swing back and forth over the drop. These won’t knock you off, but they will drain your health.
- Once you’ve cross the wire, there will be a set of spikes that move in and out. Cross while the spikes are drawn in to save your health.
- You’ll see a strange egg-shaped object on a platform to the left. Jump on and hold the ‘Interact’ option until the bar fills up, you should receive the badge!
- If you want to survive the round, cross a second set of spikes and up onto a high platform.
Tip: Other players can make the platforming more difficult as they take up space on platforms. Try to avoid crowds or find a less populated server to take on the course for the best chances.
