What Are Red Pills?
Red Pills are one of three pill types within the game that offer 5 Skill Points when used. Once consumed, the Pill will be removed from your inventory in return for those nifty points which you can tailor into your Skill Tree. I’d recommend that you invest the points into Skills you want to excel in to maximise your stat potency and overall strength.
5 Skill Points may not seem like a good trade-off for this Rare item. However, a Skill Tree only requires 25 Points before you can access the Skill Box Skills meaning one pill counts for 20% of your overall progress.
How To Get Red Pills
Red Pills are obtained from the Karakura Raid Shop for 8k Kan. It’s worth noting that this shop only appears after you successfully complete a Karakura Raid. In addition, the Items for sale at the shop are randomised each time they appear.
