Admin Abuse is a term popularised by the Grow a Garden community that other games have now implemented. But what is Admin Abuse in Grow a Garden? Find out in this article that details this enticing limited-time event, and how you can be part of it!
Start playing Grow a Garden via Roblox. For more on this whole Admin Abuse debacle, check out our guide following the Admin Abuse Schedule.
What is Admin Abuse in Grow a Garden?
Admin Abuse refers to a pre-update celebration, where Jandel talks to the active playerbase and abuses his admin authority over every server, including private servers.
During this time, he spams many admin-exclusive events, each with visually unique weather, and typically high-value crop mutations that the average player will never experience unless they tune in.
Unlike other weathers where you can idly stand around whilst the game enhances crops, Admin Abuse often includes pillars of crystals that each server must band together to ignite to get the most out of the event. Though this isn’t set in stone, or should I say, crystal, as Jandel prides himself on keeping content fresh. Expect the unexpected!
There have also been times at the release of a new event when active players get a free pet. This includes the likes of the Panda, Cooked Owl, etc.
When To Tune In
If the thought of rare and expensive mutation multipliers sounds like something you want, I recommend keeping up with the Grow a Garden Discord to check for Admin Abuse schedules.
Typically, they happen an hour before an update, which you can also track via Roblox. The next major event to tune into is the Admin War, happening on August 23rd. Use the link provided to check its release in your timezone, and subtract an hour or two for the Admin Abuse grace period.
There’s also now an in-game timer, counting down for when Admin Abuse will begin. This appears on the left below the Shop widget.
How To Prepare for Admin Abuse
If you don’t already have one, I recommend a private server for Admin Abuse events, one which you only allow trusted friends. After all, it’d be a shame to tune into something so limited and fleeting for rare mutations, only to have another player steal from your garden…
