Why are Content Creators Getting Banned on Fisch?
Recently, many developers have banned content creators on Fisch. In most cases, these content creators have been people who post YouTube videos of themselves playing this fishing simulator. When they log into Fisch, a message appears explaining that the system has banned them from playing for a few days.
There is an explanation, though! In most join errors, it says that they have been ‘abusing bugs on videos’. In short, creators have been using hacks or bugs in-game and showing this in their YouTube videos.
What Does That Mean?
Abusing bugs means that someone has exploited the game to help them progress further or obtain certain items without actually playing the game properly. In short, it’s sort of like a cheat to help them progress faster.
The Fisch team and developers have explained multiple times that they do not allow exploiting. And they will ban players who do this. It defeats the whole point of playing! They have banned many players because of this. It’s not only content creators. If you have exploited or hacked the game, content creator or not, it results in a ban. Sometimes it can be permanent, other times for a few days.
Despite some creators not showing or explaining how they exploit, even if they showed this in the video, the developers have banned them.
What Can You Do?
If this happens to you, there is often a message that appears on the join error explaining who to contact. You can either follow those instructions, or if there are none, it’s best to wait it out.
Remember, do not exploit or hack the game. And in most games, it is a bannable offense. It’s best to naturally progress and enjoy gameplay at the usual pace!
