The Captor Clash Global Release Date Arrives Tomorrow

The Captor Clash global release date finally arrives tomorrow, May 18. This follows a lengthy early access period, which began in February of this year.

If you haven’t heard of it, Captor Clash sees you build a team out of a vast selection of anime-inspired heroes and sending them out into intense 1v1 or 3v3 battles.

What Does the Gameplay Involve?

Battles are fast-paced, and draw inspiration from classic side-scrolling beat ’em ups like Streets of Rage and Double Dragon. You can pull off mad-combos, complete with impressive effects.

And it’s the same whether you play in PvE or PvP. Well, you may face stiffer competition in the latter, but the gameplay remains the same.

Captor Clash Global Release Date

Up until now, Captor Clash was only available in select territories. But, as of May 18, that all changes with the global release date. No matter where you live, you should be able to grab it from Google Play.

However, we have seen ‘global’ release dates before that simply haven’t been available in all territories, so do take this with a pinch of salt. Save your own saltiness for their social media channels though.

Official Trailer

To celebrate the upcoming launch, developer Fireland has released an official trailer that showcases the gameplay and a variety of characters that are available in the game.

You can check it out on Reddit, as well as check out the chatter about the game so far.
