Clash Royale is finally giving the Inferno Dragon what it deserves. After years of hanging around the skies with no Evolution of his own, the fire-breathing Legend has finally upgraded. To mark the special ‘ceremony,’ Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola.

It’s been nine years since Inferno Dragon first joined the roster. In the new Clash Royale trailer, you’ll see Ismo Leikola play a sweet role as the Inferno Dragon’s unofficial Hollywood agent.
Yep, the dragon decided to quit his full-time job in Clash Royale and instead head to La La Land for better opportunities.

The Inferno Dragon’s Evolution form brings a significant change to how it performs on the battlefield. Unlike the original, which reset its damage when switching targets, the evolved version keeps its damage ramp going.
The Rollout of Inferno Dragon Is Part of the New Season of Clash Royale
The new season is titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!. Alongside Inferno Dragon’s Evolution, the 2v2 League is making a return. You can jump into the ladder with a friend or a random teammate.
The season also features Milestone Events, kicking off from Arena 7. It’s offering rewards that include 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, Epic Book of Cards, and Cosmetics.
Crown Chase #1 hands out a Battle Banner with both frame and decoration, plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows it up with another Battle Banner and the 3 Evolution Shards.
To test out the new Evolution cards, the devs have scheduled several Game Modes and Challenges across June and into early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs from June 2nd to 9th. And from June 6th to 9th, the Inferno Dragon Challenge will be live, offering a Battle Banner and Emote as rewards.
Next, the Evolution Mayhem runs from June 9th to 16th, where you can use up to 4 Evolution Cards in your decks. Magical Trio hits June 16th to 23rd, and then comes 4 Card Showdown from June 23rd to 30th. Finally, Evolution Bonanza runs from June 30th to July 7th, with up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
